Riding in the summer is wonderful, but it can be unpleasantly hot for your horse. Even days that are simply “warm” can make long-haired horses break out in a sweat. When a horse begins to sweat in high temperatures or from strenuous exercise, it automatically loses important electrolytes.
SPEED ELECTROLYTE Boost gives your horse the extra push it needs to stay fit and ready to work despite adverse conditions: its electrolyte combination of important minerals and trace elements quickly brings your four-legged friend’s electrolytes back into balance, preventing muscle cramps and anxiety.

Nice to know: Sodium helps stabilise and control blood pressure whilst calcium promotes water intake in the body’s cells. The magnesium in ELECTROLYTE Boost promotes neuromuscular conduction and the muscular system’s performance. With added potassium to help regulatethe acid-base balance.
Composition: Lucerne (ground), apple pomace, linseed cake, calcium carbonate, potassium carbonate, sodium chloride, magnesium fumarate.
Analytical constituents: 9 % crude protein, 2 % crude fat, 10 % crude fibre, 37 % crude ash, 6 % calcium, 3.9 % phosphorous, 0.1 % sodium, 1.3 % magnesium, 5.5 % potassium, 1.9 % chloride.

Feeding recommendations:
For constant perspiration loss, administer approx. 8 g per 100 kg body weight/day on an ongoing basis. For high perspiration loss, administer approx. 10 g per 100 kg/body weight/day over a period of 1–3 days. 1 spoonful equals approx. 20 g. Always provide plenty of fresh drinking water when administering.
